Delivery time varies depending on your location. For domestic shipments, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days, depending on your province. For shipments to the Balearic or Canary Islands, it may take between 7 and 10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of the delivery.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your t-shirt, we offer returns and exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. The garment must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through our customer service, and we will be happy to assist you. If your product has a manufacturing defect or design error, please contact us at bdebitacora@gmail.com with a photo of the problem upon receipt of the order. After verifying the error, we will offer you a full refund or an exchange for another garment of the same model or of your choice.
